We love naming things here at stressdesign. We’ve named companies, and products, and services over our past 8 years. Naming is always a fun exercise but it can be time consuming. Let’s suppose I told you you could get a world-tested name for about $99. What if I told you it was for exactly $99? The giant brains over at Kluster have done some more social engineering and come up with their latest digital product. NameThis. Get 3 names in 48 hours for 99 bucks. A pretty good deal if you ask us, and great way to get a new product, company or service off a napkin and into the wild.

We clicked the send button, and didn’t think much of it. (more…)

Have you gotten a Facebook account yet? We have and we’re thinking it’s a pretty good thing. Facebook is unique amongst many of the social networking sites in that it allows business, organizations, and institutions to have their own page with in the site. LinkedIn is great for professional individuals, but there are no provisions for adding your company — we think this will change soon, by the way. There are other sites like Get Satisfaction that are only for business and services issues. Facebook has had the foresight to combine its great personal networking tools to include business.
